We were 30 miles from home, and broke down directly across the street across from North Smithfield Auto Body. We could not believe our luck; if we were going to break down, what better place to do it, than across from a place that towed! When I called, I was greeted by a most friendly gentleman, (who turned out to be the owner), he quoted a fair price, and promised as soon as a tow truck was free he would have us taken care of. All in all from my initial phone call we were happily on our way home within 30 minutes. We are extremely grateful to have had Shane as our tow driver. He was an amazing careful driver, professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing when loading and off loading our car. His positive attitude, and that of the owner when I called, turned a stressful situation, into a “no biggie” situation. Shane did a great job of getting us and our vehicle home safely. Other than the fact that our car broke down, which is the pits, having North Smithfield Auto Body come to our rescue, made it absolutely painless. It was more like an adventure than a problem. This place is excellent. Knowledgeable and courteous with outstanding bodywork. I'll talk briefly about my recent experience. I had significant damage to my front quarter panel and headlight. In sixteen days the work was complete and I picked it up. The work was so good, it literally looked like it came off the showroom floor. Everybody knows a good mechanic is hard to find, and after this last business interaction... I can't see myself going anywhere else.

I brought my truck to N Smithfield Auto Body based on a referral of a friend and I just picked it up and it looks fantastic. Tommy and his staff even touched up some small knicks and even detailed it. It was delivered as promised. Can't thank you enough.
